Standing Dragon-Bronze

Coiled into a serpentine S across its full height, this bronze dragon captures mid-motion tension, claws splayed and jaws parted beneath a mane of raked horns and whiskers. The deep patina, rubbed back to reveal warm bronzed highlights along every scale and ridge, gives the figure real depth and age, while the blackened square plinth grounds its sinuous rise. Set on a console or plinth of its own, it reads as sculpture first, ornament second.
