Alexa Hampton is the president of Mark Hampton LLC, the New York City interior design firm her father — the legendary Mark Hampton — founded in 1976 and led until his death in 1998. At twenty-seven, she assumed leadership of one of America's most storied design practices, and has since expanded its reach across continents, industries, and mediums.

Her work spans private apartments and grand residences, private aircraft and superyachts — from Manhattan to Hangzhou — and she has designed at the Blair House, home to visiting heads of state.
