Lucia Engstrom

Lucia Engstrom spent twelve years directing and producing MTV's True Life documentary series before she turned to still photography in 2007. Her Diffused Landscapes dissolve the horizon where earth meets water meets sky, trading documentary sharpness for colour and atmosphere. In Lovers & Dreamers she hand-embroiders into the print itself, lifting the image off its two-dimensional plane.
