1. SUTTER & VALE PRIVACY POLICY

Sutter & Vale LLC (“Sutter & Vale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and wants you to understand how we collect, use and disclose information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices when you visit or use our websites, mobile sites, applications and any related online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, or by providing information in connection with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

This Privacy Policy is the only authorized statement of our privacy practices for the Platform. Any summaries, browser-generated privacy labels or third party descriptions are provided for convenience only and do not modify this Policy.

A. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows when it was last revised. Any changes become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after we post changes means you accept those changes.

If you submit information, including Personal Information, to any third party through or in connection with the Platform, the third party’s own privacy policy will apply to that information. This includes payment processors, social media services, marketing tools, analytics providers, shipping partners and any other third party whose services are integrated with or linked from the Platform.

We are not responsible for the privacy, information or security practices of any third party, and the inclusion of a link or integration on the Platform does not mean we endorse the third party or its practices.

The Platform is operated from the United States. Your use of the Platform and this Privacy Policy are governed by United States law. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

  • Payment-related information (such as tokenized payment details). Note: full card numbers are processed by our payment processors and are not stored by Sutter & Vale.

  • Communications and interactions with our customer service team

  • Any other information you choose to provide in forms, surveys, reviews or other interactions with us

Some Personal Information is optional and is collected only if you provide it voluntarily. Other information may be required in order for us to process transactions or provide the Services.

If you provide Personal Information relating to another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and to permit us to use that information in accordance with this Policy.

E. How We Use Personal Information

We and our service providers may use Personal Information for purposes including:

  • Processing and fulfilling your orders, including coordinating with manufacturers and carriers

“Other Information” is any information that does not directly identify a specific individual, including:

  • Aggregated data and statistics

We and our service providers may collect Other Information:

  • Automatically when you use the Platform

  • From analytics and advertising partners

  • From your interactions with our emails and marketing campaigns

We may use Other Information for any purpose, including to help us understand usage patterns, improve the Platform, tailor content and advertising and measure campaign performance. If we combine Other Information with Personal Information, we will treat the combined data as Personal Information.

M. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

N. California Privacy Rights
