Abstract Loop Sculpture on Marble

A looping, continuous form rises in composite to a height of just over twenty inches, its fluid gesture caught mid-motion against the cool authority of a marble base. The interplay between the sculptural body and the stone ground it rests upon speaks to a considered dialogue of material and mass — the organic yielding to the architectural.
