The lower portion, which is on antique brass casters, pivots 360 degrees around the end post offering unlimited positioning for serving guests. The pivoting section features a tempered glass top, stationary wooden shelf below for glassware and a bottom shelf with gallery surround for beverage storage. When closed, the opposing diagonal design on the end panels creates a distinctive herringbone pattern.The standard casters on all Lexington Home Brands upholstered chairs are designed for use on carpeted, porcelain, ceramic or stone surfaces. Most hardwood and vinyl floors have a softer surface, which may cause casters to leave tracking marks. In cases where the chairs are used directly on hardwood flooring, engineered flooring or vinyl surfaces, the standard casters should be replaced with hardwood-safe casters.
